Therapy is strictly confidential. The only exceptions are if I’m ordered by a court of law to share your records, if you’re at risk of harm, if you disclose that you have an intention to harm others, or if there is a child at risk.

I work exclusively online. Research has shown that online therapy can just be as effective. It also makes therapy more easily accessible - in terms of time (easier to fit in one’s schedule), location, and finances (you do not have to bear the therapist’s overhead costs).

Each year, I take on a couple of clients under financial subsidies. Should you require subsidies, please let me know during the free consultation. If my quota for the year has been met, I can either put you on the waitlist or refer you to someone else.
I do not offer packages. I believe that you shouldn’t be ‘locked in’ to a certain number of sessions as many things may change during the course of therapy.

Once per week or fortnightly is very common at the start of therapy process. It is beneficial not to leave too long a gap between sessions so that you don’t lose momentum. Later on in the therapy process, some clients opt for monthly check-ins.

It depends on your unique circumstances and on your goal(s) for therapy, which also often shift(s) during the course of therapy itself. This is something we can discuss throughout the therapy process.

I have chosen not to work with insurance providers.
This is because many insurance providers limit the type of modality used during sessions, even if it may not be an approach that works best for you.

I only work with clients above 18 years old.

I do not provide crisis support.
